Customer contact and shipping information is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology and utilized strictly for order processing, logistics coordination via Shiprocket, and customer support. Payment card and banking credentials are processed directly through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and are never stored on our servers.
All orders enjoy complimentary express delivery across India. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and dispatched with tracking provided via Shiprocket Express courier partners.
If a piece does not suit you perfectly, we accept returns and size exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Garments must remain in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. Please contact our client concierge to initiate an exchange.
